Our Monferrato Doc Dolcetto is vinified from 100% Dolcetto grapes, a traditional Monferrato and Langhe grapes. Fermentation and vinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
The Dolcetto has an intense red color and a fragrant aroma. Dry, harmonious and bodied to the palate. It’s the ideal match with typical Piedmont dishes such as Vitello Tonnato and vegetables flan with cheese fonduta. Thanks to its tannic character, it goes well with cheeses and cold cuts.
